ServiceWA by the Government of Western Australia saw a significant number of weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 460K in the week of January 10. However, downloads decreased sharply to around 13.8K by the end of March. Weekly active users for the app fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at 225K and ending at about 165K.
